The Celebration: Kickoff party for Raphael House’s One Home, Many Hearts annual gala.

The Cause: Raphael House – a San Francisco shelter for families.

The Credentials: A group of the organization’s longstanding supporters and devoted volunteers along with enthusiastic newcomers gathered at Slide Lounge to enjoy hors d’oeuvres and cocktails while ringing in this year’s “Speakeasy” themed gala. Raphael House Chairman of the Board Claudia Ross gave a brief speech, thanking attendees for their dedicated commitment to Raphael House and to families experiencing homelessness. Guests donned feathers, fedoras, and pearls in true speakeasy style and were only allowed entry upon delivering a password at the door.
