The Celebration:  GLIDE’s Annual Holiday Festival “Bringing Down the House” was a night of laughter, celebration and generosity on Thursday, December 2 at San Francisco’s Warfield Theatre.

The Cause: The evening raised nearly one million dollars for Mo’s Kitchen and GLIDE’s programs. Mo’s Kitchen is an integral part of how GLIDE helps San Francisco’s poorest residents by serving up nearly one million meals peryear.

The Credentials: The evenings festivities featured comedians Robin Williams, W. Kamau Bell, Selene Luna, Johnny Steele, Steven Pearl and the GLIDE Ensemble and Change Band along with GLIDE founders Reverend Cecil Williams and Janice Mirikitani.
