MOVE is a fantastic organization that combats the childhood obesity epidemic by improving children’s physical and emotional wellness through exercise. They does this by promoting positive relationships with peers to decrease stress and anxiety to allow for a better connection between the mind and the body. MOVE’s ultimate goal is to empower kids to lead healthy lives, and Vivanista recently sat down with Co Founder, Megan Battle Schoenberg to discover exactly what that entails.
