VIVANISTA 48-HOUR Flash-Fundraiser™

• All net funds must be directed to a recognized 501(c)3 Nonprofit as designated by the IRS.
• The $100 ‘micro-grant’ provided by Vivanista is a loan that Team understands and agrees that it will  repay if more than $100 is earned from the fundraiser.
• The Team must not use the micro-grant to underwrite any activity that is illegal or prohibited on the campus of the applicable college campus.  This includes the purchase of alcoholic beverages or illegal substances.
• The fundraiser cannot be discriminatory or abusive to any individuals, groups or communities.
• The fundraiser cannot involve any behavior that is illegal, unethical, inappropriate  or disallowed by the applicable college or university.
• The Team holds Vivanista harmless in association with any activity in association with the production and execution of the Flash Fundraiser.
• The Team acknowledges that it does not represent the University nor does it hold the University responsible for any activities in association with the Flash Fundraiser.
